Hi everyone!

The set up I currently have in my bathroom is 1 lav, 1 shower and 1 wc.
I'm looking to add another lav and a new washer to this bathroom.
I'm looking to get an advise on what would be the most practical way to do it.
Can I connect the new lav and washer to the current lav drain, or do I need to change the pipes / run a new one?

I've attached a few pictures to show how everything is at the moment.
Images:
1) current lav drain and vent connecting towards the stack, down in the basement.
2) gutted bathroom
3) the wc and shower connecting to the stack.
4) an approximate drawing of the current drain and vent

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
I'm located in Ontario, Canada.
