Hi, I completely drained, cleaned and refilled my acid neutralizer. Everything went great, but a steady stream of water continues to drain out the backwash hose after regeneration is complete (about 1/4 of full flow). The flow control inside the drain elbow was clogged, preventing backwash, which I cleaned out by poking a small drill bit through it. The bit was no larger than the hole. I didn't think I damaged anything. I'm not sure why it is leaking. Could it be a problem elsewhere (in the eductor)? I have a Culligan Medallist with Cullneu media from 2001. Thank you.
