The owner does Not want me to cut the drywall to gain access.
Washing Machine Valves (in a box) need to be replaced. There appears to be a male nipple or male fitting (NIPT) that pertrudes (about 1/8 inch) through the valve box on which the valves are installed. They used "K" type copper throughout this house (40 + years). With the "K" copper, any chance I can get the old valves off without opening up the wall cavity. Looking for someone who has done this !!!

Im opening up the wall sometimes you can unscrew them sometimes not . I was 30 years old when I came to the trade around 87 and everyone was using these boxes and right away even in new construction I thought how in hell does anyone change these but its something we accept same thing with Ice maker boxes.
