The drain runs under the near wall or very close to it. Then you rise at the trap arm. There you go a clear as mud answer for a clear as mud question.

Yes. Dry vent is horizontal, and should not be. Run the trap arm from the shower trap, or whatever the fixture is, to the wall. Join the vent, and turn back toward the bottom of your picture.

Alternatively, if you can run the vented lavatory drainage to join the shower drainage, that can be a horizontal wet vent. Use 2 inch below the lavatory sanitary tee.
