45 jog on dry vent below flood line

I need to get a vertical dry vent line around a joist. My understanding is 45 or greater is considered vertical. Will the California plumbing code allow rolling the vent line around a joist with 45s?

45 is vertical in the code for California.

Kind of like that. At the end of the trap arm from the tub there is a san tee, vent the needs to be a 45 comes of the top of this, bath drains out the bottom into horizontal waste line.

And it will go over the top of joist. The wet wall is on top of joist.
