2021 Drake vs Drake II

With the Drake getting tornado flush and Cefiontec coatings in the 2021 update, what's the difference between the two? I tried comparing them both on Toto's website and they came out near identical (exposed vs semi exposed trapway). We're planning on getting a 1.28 gallon, Universal/ADA height, 12 inch rough in toilet in cotton. We want to be able to add the Washlet at a later date. Is it just cosmetic differences? Is one more reliable? I see Terry recommending the CST776 a lot so I'm leaning towards that, but if they are essentially the same I'm going with whichever is cheaper.
