1975 Delta Shower Handle, help

Hello
I found this forum and saw people have experience in this.

I have two other showers with the same Delta 600 Shower Handle without the spout.
My Question is, I need parts for repair, it leaks. Links where I can buy like balls stem etc
and if you know the model of this handle so I can pull up the manual if possible.
