1970s house -- Bathroom spouts in need of replacement

Please look at my video and offer any suggestions? This is at my daughter's Condo built in the 1970s. No set screw on the spout. There was a slight crack at the bottom so I carefully chiseled and removed the spout to reveal the plastic piece you see. I suspect that I can take a channel lock and unscrew it but wanted someones opinion that knows what he is doing so I don't flood the house. Link is below...........

Try to unscrew it first. If that does not work see if it will pull off.
