I've got a single 4" stack (originally wet-vented) exiting the basement wall, 4' from the basement floor. The 2nd floor WC tub, toilet and Lav are original and plumbed to the stack correctly. Someone (who knows when) added a half bath on the 1st floor, which is the 3" fernco to the wye you see in this photo. There's also a kitchen sink, half bath lav and washing machine tub but they're not even piped into the stack... The idiots ran those to the old floor drain "drywell" or rubble pit in the basement floor.

My question is... if I cut in to the 4" stack above the wye in the photo, add another 4x3 wye, run a 2" horizontal branch to add my 1.5" lav, 2" kitchen sink, and 2" washer standpipe.... can I run one 2" common branch vent from that and tie it back into the 4" stack above the upstairs flood rim? I know this is alot to ask ya'll to understand from just one picture... But hopefully I explained it well enough. Appreciate any insight, and yeah.... I'll fix that 3" fernco while i'm at it. Haha Thanks
