replace rusted toilet flange

I am replacing my toilet flange. Old one was rusted and screws wouldn't hold. Existing is: 4" PVC drain pipe in concrete slab. Flange was PVC and fit inside the 4" pipe. I researched on how to change rusted toilet flange and settled on replacing the whole flange instead of just replacing...
