    Kohler toilet--fill tube pops out of canister

    I had the same problem with the fill hose coming loose. If you remove the hose from the fill tube you may notice that it is smaller where it is is inserted in the tube. I simply cut off the end 1 inch then reinserted the hose. It now stays in place. I think with time, the hose diameter shrinks...
