    New toilet with many patches?

    I bought a toilet at a big box store and it appears to have been patched many times. This is the first new toilet I have ever had so am unsure whether it is normal or not. Can someone shed some light on this and if it is not normal should I bring it back? There are 2 more patches very similar...
