    toilet flushes half of bowl

    I have a new American Standard toilet. When I flush it, water only comes out of the left side of the bowl. This leaves the right side dirty. I checked the right side and it does have holes for the water, and they do not appear to be clogged. Any advice on how to get the toilet to flush on...
