    I don't believe so since it's considered a cross connection with non potable water. In addition the system will need a rpba backflow assembly which will drop your pressure.

    As long as you get all of the old glue off you can reuse. I prefer to leave my primer wet as to keep pipe soft when twisting 1/4 turn. There's the occasional oh shit moments.

I am very familiar with the psi, flow loss due to friction, etc.. in a standard Irrigation system you use a 10% rule for friction loss of the total amount of fittings. Since the T&P is 3/4 after loss of pressure...
