See the attached file. I'm installing new kitchen cabinets that extend to the ceiling. Right now the plumbing exhaust vent goes through where there was a wall above the old cabinets. From there it runs into the attic and along the attic floor and up to the roof. Not that it matters, I think...

My fault. There was a clip that I had already tookoff. I unclipped those small tabs and pulled it off. Thanks!

My fault. It's the tub spout that leaks out too much water.

It's about 10-years-old. It was working properly up till now.

When we pulled the lever on top of the Delta Monitor tub spout to use the Delta shower head, too much water still comes out of the faucet. How can I fix or what parts do I need? Thanks in advance. This is a great forum, which has helped me help friends and myself many times. --Joe

It has about 24 splines. It's for the hot water. To open it -- it's about a half turn, counter clockwise. It closes clockwise.

I'm gonna call this place: http://www.arpny.com/ They are highly recommended. How do describe the stem? Just in case, are there any "MEGA" plumbing parts stores in NJ that are is close to Staten Island? Thanks for your help. Joe
