    Can't use hand held shower hands free...

    Not sure if I am missing a piece (the box, instructions, etc. all got thrown away, thankyouverymuch) but installed a Moen 3867 handheld shower with slide bar. I CANNOT get the showerhead to face down while in it's holder - it will NOT bend, so the water shoots straight across the shower instead...
