    Toilet problem - loud noise after flushing

    Every time that I flush my down stairs toilet and the tank re-fills, a very loud deep sounds occurs lasting 15-20 seconds. It only happen during certine times of the year. Fall and Spring. What is causing this and how can I fix it? It is so loud and strong, it vibrates the bathroom and parts...
