ok so I am an idiot. Had I actually removed the controller i would have seen the screws on the back and not even questioned if it was sealed. lol After opening it and seeing no visible indication of a failure am I safe to assume I need a new 356 controller?

I have cycled power several times and there is no lcd on the display even working. I do have at least 24 v on terminal 8 and 9.

I checked from terminal 8 to ground 27.4 and 9 to ground is the same. That tells me its the 356 controller that is bad correct?
