    Under the boy and cold indices should be a Phillips screw. Use a sharp knife and gently pop them off or screw them off from there you should see a Phillips screw where you tighten it back .

    Try using locknite on the screw to hold in place firmly . If this doesn't work try using Nail polish - works the same way .

    If there is no access panel you would have to find a way to get access underneath. What's wrong with the unit currently ? Cartridges are leaking ? I don't see this unit( based on the pictures) have a separate diverter or on the spout .
