We're in Real Estate and quite familiar with Kitek issues. In our area most real estate deals will stipulate a full refit before closing. We're lucky in the sense that they only used it for the heating system in our house. The main water lines are all copper.

We had to have the radiators bled just before Christmas and our plumber pretty much reduced the pressure in the kitek as low as it could go. We've already removed one zone from upstairs. Time for the remainder.
