Thanks for the reply. The only info on the thermostat is Honeywell Pro series. Quote from salesman listed it as Honeywell T6 Lyric Wi-Fi. I'm beginning to wonder if this thermostat is capable of taking advantage of the modulating gas valve and variable speed fan.

New furnace installed. Installer seemed unfamiliar with DIP switch settings. Took him probably 45 minutes of reading the install guide to set the switches. I'm somewhat concerned that the switches are properly set to take advantage of modulating gas valve and variable speed blower motor as well...

Probably been that way for years. I noticed some seepage on the top of the 45 below it a couple of years ago and thought that joint was the problem until I just recently noticed the crack in the cleanout fitting. Thanks for the ideas.

Home owner here. Any thoughts on how to deal with a cracked clean out fitting. I'm thinking that the cleanout plug may have been over tightened at some point. Looks to be quite difficult to replace the fitting. Will a good epoxy do the trick?
