    toilet seat recommendations

    I recently installed a toto drake EL w/ the soft close seat. The toilet works great and was a breeze to install. My only problem is the Mrs. is not impressed with the seat. I think its the sloping inwards she don't like. The soft close is a nice feature. I just wondered if anyone else had ideas...

    Upstairs washing machine drain

    I'm considering converting an upstairs spare bedroom to a laundry. My main concern is how to run the drain. I am fortunate enough to have the space and access to run a 2" drain from the 2nd floor location to the basement in a straight vertical drop. Once I hit the basement, there's a 2" drain...
