Need to replace my well pump - questions...

Thanks for the replies. I like the pumptec/cycle sensor info. The pump being dry was a thought of mine too, but, I did look down the well with a flashlight. It's difficult guessing distance looking down a 6" pipe, but guessing, the water level looked to be about 50 feet down, but near record...

Need to replace my well pump - questions...

This is long – sorry… Bought this house about 6 months ago. At that time, the well pump motor spun but no water, not even gurgling - figured i would fix it after the rains were done. The rains are over and now the motor doesn't even spin. Luckily, the previous owner left notes, hopefully they...

Leaking Moen 7385 faucet need help

I hope this helps, I had a Moen that leaked and Moen came through. You should find a model number stamped on the turret somewhere - call Moen with the model #, they'll ask some questions, send out the parts and instructions on how to fix it. I hope your fix is as easy as mine was.

After reading this forum, I finally figured out why water poured down the garbage disposer side backs up into the other side - the baffle is on the wrong side! See picture ks1. The drain coming out of the wall lines up on the garbage disposer side that makes this install the easiest as it lines...

    No-hub coupling questions

Terry - thanks! Tar! I knew the pipe was cast iron but it didn't 'tink' when I hit it - that explains it. Good idea on a spare coupling, especially if I damage the old one. I'm going to have a kitchen sink question too once I get the pictures off my phone. thanks again! - Jeff

    No-hub coupling questions

my first post! I've read through the forums and have learned stuff, but I need a little confidence building... background - got this home a little while ago, built in 1974, raised foundation to a septic tank. I have a very slow draining shower and toilet, rest of the drains drain fine. Looking...
