This was not the grout mixture. It was only the water that was used to wash the sponge after wiping up the tiles. So I'm assuming its only some sand from the grout and not as bad as grout itself. I guess I can only watch out for slow drains or backup in any of our drain lines and call a plumber...

Thanks for the prompt response Terry! Are there any warning signs I should watch out for over the next few days? Any signs that would warrant me to call a plumber immediately?
