you have to get a plumber to do this for you.... if it appears to have leaked and then stopped they are pretty forgiving about it and really dont analyze the situation... Its more about getting a cost estimate to do the change out..from a local plumber..

Generally, I set the tanks at around 88 psi and leave it at that..... Their is only so much you can do if their is no pressure reducing valve in the system... their comes a point that if you dont have a prv valve you cant expect the themral tank to do the job alone

the scrwdriver stops are common on the delta brass bodies... they really throtle down the water flow but are not an issue

The hard black plastic fittings are more reliable I dont trust what kind of zinc or other shit they are throwing into the brass fittings... the plastic will last long enough for sure.....

All good Delta faucets usually reduce down through the valve to about a 3/8 diameter so just in my opinion a half inch hot line off the heater should suffice
