Does anyone know where a home owner can get insulation/foam for under a water heater in the Seattle area? The state code says it needs to be R-10 with a minimum compressive strength of 40 psi (source R403.5.6) but the most I can find locally is 25 psi. I even went to a plumbing supply place...
