Is anyone in need of 1 or more Case 3000

I would donate them to a historic house parts salvage yard where they specialize in period fixtures. Maybe advertise as a giveaway on Facebook Marketplace or something like that?

    Wall-Hung Toilet not flushing

To be honest, even though these units have had the kinks worked out of them, and they work well now, I still wouldn't want one in my house. It's like a pressurized bomb in your bathroom.

    Fill valve

I honestly don't think it even matters. FluidMaster or Korky. I'd go with whatever fits the tank the best and is not going to get in the way of the flush lever

Can anyone ID this toilet for me? Possibly Kohler San Martine

I believe that's a Kohler Wellington toilet from the 1980's.

Narrow toilet to replace Mansfield 53; and what Rough-in?

A Gerber Viper might be a good one to get. I believe they make a compact elongated chair height toilet. Excellent performers

replacing a toilet that has grout around the base

You could get a block of wood and place it on the floor up against the base of the toilet and slightly tap the block of wood with a hammer to loosen the toilet. That would distribute the force and not break the bowl/cause damage. Or you could take the hammer and smash the bowl off the floor. :)

What brand of toilet is this?

You have a unknown dual flush toilet. The problem with those is that once the parts break, the entire unit is shot. I honestly would be tempted to replace the whole thing with a Project Source (Lowes) or Gerber toilet that take conventional parts. You could even replace it with a Kohler as...

    Case 3000 toilet seat adaptor

That's pretty cool! Thanks for sharing - It was interesting to read about the history of Case Plumbing and I like how this adaptor comes in the variety of 1950's colors. I remember trying to lift a Case One Piece toilet and that thing must have weighed 300 pounds. They are very solid.

Kohler Canister Flush Valve Modification or Improvement

I would just hold the handle down if there is concern about moving the waste totally through the pipes. I have seen where some people have taken kohler tanks apart (Wellworths, Hignlines, etc.) and replaced the flush tower with a standard flapper valve - but that would be a total pain to do.

Niagara flapperless - whats the deal?

I have seen tons of these thrown out to the trash in my area. I remember one apartment building had about 12 of them out by their dumpsters.

No bolt holes in holding tank

It sounds like you got your hands on a Kohler Cimmaron Class 6 toilet. They had bolts that fit into that bracket at the bottom of that toilet which you would then use to mount to the bowl. Not sure, but maybe generic tank bolts can be used?

Am I the only one who hates ADA height?

You could always donate the toilet to Habitat ReStore who can resell it. There are plenty of Kohler and American Standard toilets that are of regular height (14" bowl height).

    Problem Flushing Toilet

It sounds like the toilet could have been cast wrong when it was being made, therefore not creating a vortex/suction when flushing normally. I'd replace it.

Narrow toilet to replace Mansfield 53; and what Rough-in?

That looks like a 12" rough in toilet fitted on an 11" Rough In Flange. Most 12" rough in toilets can fit on a flange 11 inches from the wall. I would be tempted to get a Project Source (Lowes generic brand) $99 ADA toilet. They have slimmer tanks, and are less bulky. They also work very...

Old 1920s. Sibley toilet held - can I buy a new pipe that connects the bowl to the tank

That's an old Kohler Sibley. Sibley was the model of the bowl. They flush fantastic! You can buy the elbow and spuds on PlumbingSupply.com

Same rough in measurements, one toilet fits and another doesn’t

Is it not fitting because of any baseboards or heating units behind the toilet? Many of the newer toilet bowls (Kohler Wellworths) tend to be very close to the wall as a result of the bow redesign.

    Eljer Dressette Jr parts

Try to post some pictures of this. It sounds like a very unusual fixture!

Wall hung toilet not getting a siphon when flushing

Is the siphon jet in the bowl plugged? The siphon jet is the small hole at the bottom of the bowl that shoots water up into the trapway. If it's plugged with minerals, the bowl will not drain appropriately. To unplug it, just take a small screw driver and scrape out the lime/calcium from the...

    American Standard toilet tank

It would not surprise me that they are discontinuing these. Overall, they were not good performers, made of thin porcelain, and there have been recalls on the flushmate systems. It looks like the only offer the VorMax Wall Hung toilet. Gerber also offers the Maxwell Wall Hung (which I would get)

Champion 4 valve to tank gasket?

That's not a good sign. It looks like whoever installed the toilet might have had leakage issues with the flush valve and re-installed it with silicon caulk. eI would be tempted to look into replacing the toilet with one that uses more conventional parts.
