    High PH with new softener

    Hello, we got a really expensive Kinetico water softener plus an added filter to remove chlorine. For two days after the installation our water was perfect, after that showering has become awful! Our hair feels like straw and is falling out a lot! I tested the water and the PH of the hot water...
