Have you looked into the Gerber Maxwell wall hung. It uses a regular tank but it is considerably cheaper than the in wall tank models and uses a standard 4 bolt carrier. I have a Mansfield quantum wall hung toilet in my bathroom and it has been working well

To run the vent between the toilets you need to use a double wye fitting. You don’t want to use a double San cross or a double fixture fitting because it will suck water out of the toilet on the opposite side
