Pictures of faucet here:

My wife and I were recently remodeling our upstairs unit after the tenant moved out and replaced the kitchen sink basin. The faucet, however, was just fine so we kept it. Unfortunately, in all the commotion, we lost the nut connector. We’ve tried all our local plumbing stores to no avail. Would someone know this brand so I can see if I can order the correct part online?

Sometimes there is a tag on one of the supply lines, or also, a sticker that will come with a faucet that might be found inside the cabinet somewhere.

I think it's Glacier Bay
It came with a plastic nut that loosens and the metal washer and screw down ring should be better.
