I live in Southern New Hampshire where winter runs around 20 to 40 degrees, sometimes in the teens at night, seldom below zero. I want to turn off my heat when I go to Florida this winter. Will drain all pipes but will my boiler freeze. It is in the celler, well insulated and about 6 feet below outside grade. Thanks.

Instead of draining the water from boiler, pipes, and radiators, maybe an antifreeze mix would be better. That way you don't have to refill when you come back. Refilling adds oxygen, and you want to avoid oxygen. I am not a pro.
