Hey guys! I'm hoping to remodel my bathroom and switch the toilet out for a tub and move the toilet to the corner of the room where there used to be a stand up shower. I'm wondering what the best way is to change the drain lines? I have access to them all underneath and there is enough room for the 2 new drains. The tub drain is going to be 1.5inches and 3 inch pipe for the toilet drain pipe. I'm wondering the best way to tie into the system. I was thinking a 3-3-1.5 wye after the tubs p trap, I'm not sure if that is the correct name for the wye. I believe I'm under the IPC, but I'm not sure exactly. I've attached some pics, if you guys have any suggestions please let me know! And the first pic is a 2 inch pipe from the old stand up shower drain, I plan to remove it because that is about where the new toilet line will be and I also am not the one who installed that ptrap lol.

We need a floor plan to help you. It should show the layout and size of the current drains and vents, and the proposed locations for the new fixtures.

Ok, I'm not very good at righting the plan of the pipes. But, here is the sketch of the bathroom and the proposed setup. The toilet drain pipe is 3inches right now and I want the new one to be too. My main question is the best way to tie the toilet line in with the tub and then into the main 3inch drain pipe? If you have any more questions let me know and I'll try to be more specific or helpful.

So now you either need to draw where the existing pipes (and their sizes) are on your floor plan, if you could see through the floor (preferred), or go back and put text on your pictures labeling each pipe with its purpose, what's above it, where it coming from (e.g. "shower drain").
