Limescale accumulation in heat-pump water heater vs. conventional

All other factors being equal, with very hard water heated to 120 degrees, how much limescale will accumulate in a hybrid water heater running only in heat-pump mode as compared to a conventional water heater using low-watt-density heating elements? Would it be roughly 10% as much, 25%, 50%, 80% . . .?
