If there is no contrary opinion, I think that would be a good choice. The horn inhibits wax squishing into the path as you drop the toilet. On the other hand a single non-jumbo wax ring would probably be sufficient, but I am thinking jumbo sounds good for this. Most of your ring is below floor level.

Thanks. If I cant remove the black plastic that is currently there in the picture, what kind of wax ring should I get?

I have read bad things about horn wax rings, but maybe that is the best choice with it being below flooring.
