PEX Crimp rings

I bought a handful of these PEX crimp rings at the plumbing store. This is the only brand they had. They looked like somebody is making them in their garage.
Also, the only PEX ball valves they had are Power PEX. They don’t have a stem nut under the handle. Just plastic. Do you tighten the handle if it leaks?

Something tells me no. But it might help to put pressure to keep it sealed.

Edit: I would get another one though.
