bidding on an apartment complex. Looking for a heavy duty indestructible toilet. Owner is distracted by the $88 toilet-in-a-box. Any suggesting on a toilet, decent price point. Heavy boned enough to stand up to apartment complex drunks and crackheads?

I like the toto drake for my rentals. It's a lot more expensive than 88 bucks, but save one service call and you're gonna break even. The flush system just seems more reliable to me, and that's what I worry about. Physical damage to the toilet itself is not something I've had an issue with. However, I think a flushometer style toilet might be more robust against impacts or destructive tenants if that were the focus. But that said, tenants can destroy anything if they choose to.
