Replacing my friends toilet with a Toto. The old toilet was loose . Removed it and saw the toilet flange was broken and the bolts were not holding much.
What the best way to remove the old flange without damage the pipe?
I have heated smaller pipes up to remove PVC pipe from each other but not too sure if that work here...
tile floor on concrete. Thanks George
Update

You will need some concrete anchors to hold the closet bolts. At least you were able to remove the flange and now that can be glued. It will still need to be anchored though.
