Hey all, new to the forums with a quick question.
Customer has a 2nd floor 30x60 shower/surround combo and wants to convert to a tub. I have done the opposite conversion before, but not shower to tub.
Is there anything crazy I should be expecting?
Oh, and the existing shower pan is a left hand drain already, not center

Wow! That's got to be easier than the other way around for sure. I wonder is they started off as a tub, went to a shower and now its going back in time? Good luck, it sounds doable.

I did that in my house because we needed a tub for the little kids. i think the only tricky part was getting the drain located right because the shower i took out was a center drain.
