Your never going to find that piece because they don't make it. All you can do is make your own p-trap with a PVC return bend,
2 pieces of pipe to length and 2 trap adapters. Or tear the back wall of the cabinet out and lower the drain outlet.

Sounds like you're installing a new deeper kitchen sink. The outlet at the wall needs to be lower than the height of the disposer Ell or the disposer will constantly have water/waste in it. Gross.

Without opening the wall to lower the drain, which would be what I would recommend, you could convert the 2" cleanout to be your sink drain and make the 1.5" opening your cleanout. Insert a 2" male threaded adapter and build your trap to the disposer from there. Make sure the threads are sealed!

Dearborn makes a trap that can be reversed.
I don't use tape or dope on these. I install right out of the box.

Thank you all. I cut down the black elbow pipe from the dishwasher and dry fitted it. It works, but i'm not happy, nor confident.

Since I didn't cement yet I really like tuttles advice and think I'm going to end up doing that so I'm 100% confident. So it wouldn't matter if I connect a pipe to the black elbow pipe to extend it further down? Also by sealed do you mean tightened fully, teflon tape, or is there some special kind of sealant for something semi permanent like this. I apologize for all of the questions. Thanks again

Thank you all for your advice and knowledge! Off to home depot tomorrow!

Sealed just means adequately tight with a single wrap or 2 of quality teflon tape. Extending the tail piece from the disposer to the trap that distance is totally within reason. If I were you, I would be using tubular slip joint connectors. You will want to be able to take the trap and pieces connecting to the disposer apart for maintenance at some point and its easier to be able to simple dismantle them than to saw them apart.
