Hello,
I had to relocate a waste pipe drain hole as I am switching from a shower to a bath in a ground floor unit. The floor is concrete.
The distance from the new drain hole to the existing drain is 4' - therefore I need 1" of slope to meet code.
My issue is similar to the one posted in this thread:

Essentially, to get the slope I need over this distance the pipe at the top end of the slope is very close to the level of the existing concrete. This means when I pour the concrete, this part of the pipe will be encased in concrete (for the most part) and that the pipe will be only about 1/8 to 1/4 inch beneath the concrete in this location (about 4 inch stretch).
The plan is to put on a self-leveller and then proceed with installing a heated tiled floor.
Can anyone tell me if burying the ABS in this way will meet Ontario plumbing and building code?
