We have two new K300s installed. One of them worked fine for a couple of days but now trips the 20-amp GFCI right away. The other trips it right away and has never worked.

Anyone have any suggestions as to what is going on?

A little more info would be helpful ... What does "right away" mean? As soon as it's plugged in?
Who wired up the GFCI receptacles, and how? Are they each on their own individual branch circuits?
Did you plug the washlet into another working GFCI?
Did you plug another device (with equivalent load, 13-14 KW) into the tripping GFCI's? Where did you
buy the GFCI's and washlets? Etc.

Can you plug in a hair dryer into the same outlet and run that?

Is the GFCI built into the outlet that you are plugging into?

Just need t plug in anything in these GFCI's to check them. Since these washlets are always powered just for the electronics, when plugging in they will immediately trip. A GFCI wired with the load and line side flipped, the GFCI will not power up at all.

I think this is a new installation for these seats and someone wired in two GFCI's incorrectly by using a common neutral. For 1.4KW max this would require two separate circuits and maybe one 12-3 was run, however, any licensed electrician would know this, so who installed these GFCI's?
