Single and back to back toilet venting

I'm need some opinions on whether my diagram will pass the I.P.C.

Since the IPC is a "let them do almost anything they want to"code, it probably will. Normally, #1 would fail because of the horizontal unwashed vent, and #2, because the flow from #1 flows past #2 making the vent ineffective, or useless.
