Allows the use of a 3" flapper on a tank that normally came with a 2" flush valve.

I have not tried this out yet.

It seems to me like this is a gimmick without scientific support. Like the so-called 4" flush valve on the Champion. The head pressure and volume through the flush hole should be the same, and it perpetuates the myth that gravity toilets flush because of water "pressure", when in fact they flush because of a siphon.

Otherwise, every manufacturer would have adopted the Champion flush valve design (or gone to 6" or 8"), and nobody has.

I have one in my basement toilet. Love it. It's going on three or four years with no issues. It seems to make the flush on an older Glacier Bay 5x stronger. Really glad I bought it! Rarely get clogs.
