Identifying shower collection

Hi Everyone, I need to change the cartridge for my shower. But I can't identity the brand. Tried looking everywhere on the fittings, but can't seem to find it. Had 2 plumbers look at it as well and they couldn't find it either. They don't want to start opening the system without part at hand (just in case the existing one breaks while taking it out). Without the brand name I am lost where to order the part from. I don't want to change the whole thing because our tub and vanity has the same fittings. Does anyone have this kind of fitting? (Pics attached) Perhaps in a different color. Any suggestion? Thank you
