Well pump starts but won't run

When pressure drops below 30 switch kicks on and pump will come on for about 3 seconds and quit for about a minute then repeat process. This will continue until pressure reaches 50 psi and switch opens up.
I have changed switch, and checked pressure tank

If the switch is opening during this you have an issue with the tank accepting flow. If the switch stays closed you have a motor issue, it's not switching over to the running coil or it's triggering a thermal overload.

Like Third gen says, if you have a control box the capacitor and relay maybe bad. If you do not have a control box the overload in the motor is tripping, which most likely means you need a new motor.
