Hi,

I just bought a new place and found this tube coming through the basement wall. Does anyone know what it might be? I’m wondering if it’s a drain for a dehumidifier since it’s next to an electrical plug. Thanks for your help!

The previous owner may be glad to tell you. If you are the first owner, try asking the builder.

Either open the wall and trace the line . Or use a funnel and pour a gallon of water in the line and see where it empties

I have seen something like this before and it was for a dehumidifier

Any idea what is on the other side of this wall?
