3 piece rough in

Sorry, my image won't post. We are building a barndominium with a slab in North Texas on what the locals call "shelf rock". This rock is solid rock about 12 inches below the ground. I have the reverse of this layout across the hallway. I would like to run one straight line. With this limited amount of fall I'm having to be creative. Any advice on the rough in with this set up is appreciated. Thanks
