The sink I'm thinking about purchasing is certified as follows but does not have a CSA cert. Will it still meet code in Canada?

Commercial OR Residential Certifications
NSF Certified
Commercial ONLY Certifications
ASME A112.19.1 Compliant
ASME A112.19.3 Compliant
California AB 1953 Compliant
IAPMO Certified
Low Lead Compliant
NSF/ANSI 61 Certified
Vermont Act 193 Compliant
ASME A112.18.1 Compliant
ANSI Z124.6-97 Compliant

Well, without knowing what specific sink you're talking about... if you want to know if it's up to code, talk to your insurance provider or send them an email. They will take down the sink information (provide the make & model#, and maybe a link to the sink's webpage) and send it up to their underwriters for a decision. They should tell you quite quickly whether or not your sink is up to a standard that is insurable in Alberta (which would mean it meets code).

Hope that helps a bit.
