Do I need to vent or will this wet vent?

Update pics:

Finally mustered enough guts to cut main stack to plumb in the sanishower and at the same time getting rid of the old 90. This should flow better.

I never got to post an update, bathroom is fully functional, will be starting on main bath now.

Question for my main bath, do I still need to vent being this near to the main vent?

What you did in yellow works, as long as
  1. that is a vent above the yellow
  2. the line is not used as a vent below the yellow.

What is that pipe doing there if it is not already being used as a vent below or a drain above?

The 3 inch cast you see in the picture is the vent going out through the roof, the wc is tied to that below the floor

Would this also work? My understanding of wet venting was all the fixtures on the same floor can use the main stack as a wet vent.
