I have an oil boiler (250,000 BTU 217,000 Net 1 1/2 pipe), would like piping drawing for 5 zones: 1. Water heater (indirect) 2. heat exchanger (for radiant floor 11,000 sqft) 3. 1st floor 4. 2nd floor 5. basement

You are asking someone to work for free here. We could comment on a drawing you propose, but what you are asking for is complicated and you aren't likely to get an answer without hiring a professional.

An 11,000 square foot radiant floor isn't well suited to DIY design, or design-by-web-forum approaches. It's WAY more than a plumbing project!

Why is the radiant floor even going to be on a heat exchanger? Is this some intermittently heated warehouse or barn floor that will have glycol solution to prevent freeze damage or something?
